Simone Cartwright, InspectorGadget! has many years of experience in the home services industry. As a Public Insurance Adjuster, Simone aided families by identifying damages to their homes caused by unforeseen events, such as, storms, plumbing leaks and fires.
Simone’s knowledge and understanding of building structures, rebuilding, restoration and reconstruction costs gained as a Public Insurance Adjuster prompted her decision to expand into the home inspection business. Read

Before becoming a Public Insurance Adjuster, Simone spent 20 years putting her degree in Business Administration to work in various management and supervisory roles in marketing, advertising and sales.
Simone is an East Mt. Airy resident where she is an active member of her community as Co-Block Captain and a volunteer with Mt. Airy USA. Simone is also an active volunteer with
Habitat for Humanities "Women Build" program
Before starting Abundant Home Inspection Services, Simone attended the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) at Penn State Lehigh Valley. After certification with AHIT, Simone was immediately hired and trained by one of the nation's most respected home inspection organization, Amerispec.
Simone is a member of North America’s oldest and largest professional society of home inspectors, American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Suburban West Realtors Association and Montgomery County Association of Realtors.
Simone Cartwright, InspectorGadget! stays up to date on industry technological advancements and best practices. She regularly attends seminars sponsored by a variety of professional organizations.
Abundant Home Inspections serves the entire southeastern Pennsylvania area including: Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill, montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Berks and Bucks Counties, as well as, the states of Delaware and Maryland.
